Today marks another great moment in the history of big ‘GET OUT’ moments. Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich, recently accused of corruption involving the replacement selection he was tasked to do for Obama’s former Senate seat, was just given a big ‘get out’ by all 50 Democratic Senators in the Senate. Well, Rod is not necessarily in the Senate, but he was collectively asked to step down as governor, by everyone there.

A fine time to talk about 나가! A common expression when telling someone to ‘GET OUT’! Or one can also say “나가! 그리고 다신 오지마! (Get out and stay out!).

To celebrate Rod’s big cause célèbre, I feel that it calls for other memorable movie moments with the famous 나가!

Post-Palin bounce is over. Check out the rationalization trend.

Plus:

Palin’s favorable rating stands at 40 percent, down 4 points from last week. Her unfavorable rating, which stands at 30 percent, has risen eight points in the same time period. Her favorable rating among women has fallen 11 points in the past week.

And Matt Damon wins the past week’s news cycle.

Will resume Korea-related posting soon, but I do have the random political itches to scratch when not getting ready for the wedding, this weekend.

Although she has been more willing to entertain it, Obama doesn’t want her as a running mate. I don’t blame him, as it would rail against his campaign theme of a new change against same old politics. But with Indiana and North Carolina being as tight as they are, plus the Wright issue is not going away, plus 28% of Hillary supporters swinging to McCain if Barack is the Dem nominee, I think all of this is obviously going to boil down to her having to be on the ticket. For the good of the party, but also to ensure that it’ll be a Democratic White House. And I think the healing process of them coming together will play out a lot better than some give credit. Their platforms and positions on the issues are almost identical. The healing will be as passionate as make-up sex. You can just about close your eyes and imagine Bill and his goofy grin, guffawing away onstage as he drapes an arm around the Democrat’s new prodigal son, as if he had endorsed him way back when Teddy did.

So, after the healing begins and the media becomes consumed with the new Obama-Hillary love affair ticket, look for blacks, hispanics, women, white collar males, and independents, all break for the Democrats in November. Who knows, maybe even Texas will become a blue state.
