As a school policy, teachers should not be able to touch students. The teacher should have communicated to the student verbally.
My ex-husband’s (Youngju) mother is from Daegu as is his stepfather. He died a month after marrying someone 10 years younger in Korea.
His mother who is a daughter of a third wife abandoned Youngju when he was 12, worked for the Celine boutique in NY as a saleslady and later married another woman’s husband. His stepfather continued to give money to Clinton even after he died. However, he has not paid back any of the $35,000 I have spend on wedding dowry.
His stepfather who is also from Daegu, second wife and daughter live in a $2.1MM home in Great Neck, Long Island. He said they did not have any loans but I since found out that they have a $3MM loan with the Korea Exchange Bank.
It is evident that Youngju’s mother is a selfish and greedy sociopath without a conscience or remorse. She did not care much about her son and led him to sin…

I agree - the student probably deserved it. The student’s parents should also get slapped for raising such a wayward child.
