Netizens are hot on this story, which is bringing back memories of the infamous ‘dog poop girl‘ scandal. Near a university in Daegu, bystanders waiting at a bus stop noticed a truck driving past with a dog tied to the rear bumper and dragging along on the road behind it. The shocked onlookers called the local animal protection agency and they intervened shortly thereafter. The driver claimed that he had no idea that the dog was tied to the bumper and then (ahem) ‘threw his wife under the bus’ by accusing her for being the one that must have tied the poor pooch to the truck.

No word on whether his blaring trot music contributed to him not being able to hear all the barking.

Anyways, as most universities around Daegu are in Gyeongsan and not necessarily in Daegu, per se, the only notable K university with an east gate that has a bus stop right there, would be Keimyung.
